By finding out more about your condition you can discover ways of positively managing it and can regain a feeling of control over your life. If you have one of the more than 120 types of arthritis and related conditions, join us now. Membership entitles you to some wonderful benefits:

AONT is a largely voluntary organisation with volunteers working on a variety of activities:
- Leading classes and self-management courses;
- Co-ordinating support groups;
- Providing office support;
- Providing community education;
- Assisting with fund-raising activities;
- Providing a free telephone advisory service;
- Becoming a board member.
Volunteering can be rewarding and satisfying with fun and friendship. New volunteers are always welcome. Please contact our office, or just call in to meet us. You can also download the volunteer application form.

The newsletter "JoiNTed" is published five times a year and distributed to members and other interested health professionals. Its readership includes those people affected with arthritis, osteoporosis or other musculoskeletal diseases, their families and friends, as well as other allied health professionals.
